A typical CPD event is summarised in this video for a recent project.

This event is approved by the NHS for 3 hours   CPD.

Approvals by several Royal Colleges are pending.

Your results are presented and cross referenced to the NHS average throughout the session.

Aims and Objectives

  • Greater understanding of common Human Behavioural traits as relevant in a healthcare setting
  • Participants in this CPD session will explore in more details and retain useable skills based on the principles of Needs, Motivation and Trust
  • Participants explore the concept of a “just” culture and benefits it will bring to Dental Practices within the NHS
  • Increased awareness of individual and group responsibility for managing and reporting error


A multi disciplinary group of 45 attended, 97% rated the course content and delivery as Good or Very Good.
