Tall Poppy days are particularly suitable for occasions where the requirement for your team is to look at and develop their human factor performance.

Attendees are encouraged to work together in their team in facilitated group discussion and exercises. Unusual aviation human factor events are reviewed in cross reference with key drivers for your team or business and the proven human interaction and risk awareness and reduction techniques from aviation are shared and developed.

Extensive use is made of audio and video content. Summary notes and briefing material are provided. This material can easily be modified to include any of your own current messages.

Half day, evening events or full Tall Poppy days can be held at your facility or an agreed external venue with a complete hospitality package if required.
